Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the order of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi dated 12/02/2026 passed in WP (C) No. 3165/2022 ( copy enclosed ), the Hon’ble Administrator has called upon the General Body Meeting as per details given below, in order to comply further directions of the said order.

The date, time and venue of the General Body Meeting is as follows:

Date: 14th March 2026 ( Saturday )
Time: 11.00 am onwards
Venue : Lemon Tree Hotels, East Delhi Mall ( Metro Station – Anand Vihar ISBT )
Address: Plot No.1, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad - 201010

Eligibility - Confirmation of Names: 

The President/Secretary/Authorised Representative of the State/UT/Dpett. are allowed to attend the meeting, for which an official letter is required to send/submit to JFI. 

The name of the members (not more than two members from each State/UT & one member from Associate Unit) attending the above meeting may be informed to JFI before 28th February 2026.

JFI will provide accommodation for 13th March 2026 ( one night ) for all the representatives on their confirmation / request before 28th February 2026 for making the Hotel booking. No TA-DA will be paid for attending the meeting.
