Sub.: Nomination of Sportsperson of Outstanding Merit 

Dear Members,

In continuation of the JFI Email/Letter dated 26.03.2026, it is hereby further directed that nominations (as per the prescribed proforma) for Sportspersons of Outstanding Merit be submitted on or before 30th April 2026 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter–2 r/w Schedule–I of the National Sports Governance (National Sports Bodies) Rules, 2026.

It is further informed that Copy of achievements/eligibility certificate and Proof of Date of Birth are mandatory and must be enclosed along with the prescribed form.

Further, in view of the above, all members are requested not to forward the names of sportspersons as indicated in Form–I until the roster of Sportspersons of Outstanding Merit is finalized and duly published on the official website of JFI.
